House Keeping Staff

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff Member to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standards to ensure a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.

• Replace linens, towels, and room amenities as per hotel standards.

• Ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected within assigned time frames.

• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.

• Report any maintenance issues or room damage to the supervisor.

• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.

• Restock housekeeping carts with supplies and linen.

• Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.

• Comply with lost and found procedures for guest items.

• Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of guest information.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality setting (preferred).

• Basic understanding of housekeeping equipment and cleaning agents.

• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for long periods.

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts.

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards.

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced hotel environment.
