Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the hotel. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards during a 12-hour shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas

• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas

• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor

• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and quality standards

• Handle guest requests politely and professionally

• Dispose of waste according to hotel procedures

• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas

• Support team members during peak occupancy

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum education: Basic literacy (preferred)

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred (freshers can apply)

• Physically fit to work long hours and perform cleaning tasks

• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow instructions and hotel SOPs
