Pronto is hiring maids and housekeeping staff who can earn up to ₹34,500 per month. The role involves performing general household tasks such as dish washing, bathroom cleaning, laundry, cutting vegetables, sweeping and mopping, and ironing.

Employees can choose between 8-hour or 12-hour full-day shifts with flexible timings. Those working 8-hour shifts can earn up to ₹21,000 per month, while 12-hour shifts offer a salary of ₹31,500 per month. Additionally, employees receive a joining bonus of ₹5,000 upon completing one month of work.

Pronto provides all necessary cleaning kits and offers full training before starting the job. Health insurance is included as part of the benefits package. The company also follows a hub model, ensuring there is a place for staff to rest between assignments.

To make commuting easier, Pronto provides pickup and drop-off services from the office to customer homes. For employees who know how to drive, EV scooters are available for use. There is also a referral program where staff can earn ₹1,000 for each successful referral.
