Key responsibilities
Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces in assigned areas. This includes guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public spaces like lobbies, hallways, and lounges.
Bed and linen service: Changing bed linens, making beds, and replacing towels and amenities.
Restocking supplies: Monitoring and replenishing toiletries, cleaning products, and other consumables in rooms and public areas.
Maintenance and safety: Reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to a supervisor. Adhering to all company safety, security, and health guidelines.
Guest services: Responding to guest requests promptly and professionally, and handling lost and found procedures.
Laundry: Performing laundry-related tasks like washing, drying, and folding linens.
Equipment maintenance: Properly using, cleaning, and storing all cleaning equipment and supplies at the end of each shift.
