Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Supervisor to join our team at Oriental Integrated Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. for operations at a Railway Station. The ideal candidate will oversee cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas, ensure the use of proper cleaning methods and safety protocols, and maintain a sanitized environment for public use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist in cleaning and sanitizing floors, furniture, fixtures, and public areas.

• Ensure restocking of supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.

• Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in working condition.

• Oversee the safe application of cleaning chemicals as per standard guidelines.

• Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly.

• Manage a team of cleaning staff and ensure task completion as per schedule.

• Maintain checklists, inspection reports, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Good Com skill in local Language and English /Hindi

• Experience: 1 to 6+ years in housekeeping or facility supervision.

• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical safety.

• Good leadership, time management, and communication skills.

• Physically fit with the ability to stand and move for extended periods.

• Willingness to work in a dynamic railway station environment.
