Key Responsibilities

1. Cleanliness & Hygiene

   • Ensure all sports courts, fitness areas, lounges, and reception are clean and presentable at all times.

   • Maintain high standards of hygiene in washrooms, locker rooms, and showers.

   • Regularly sanitize frequently touched surfaces (doors, equipment, seating, etc.).

2. Facility Maintenance

   • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming assigned areas daily.

   • Ensure garbage bins are emptied, cleaned, and replaced with liners regularly.

   • Monitor and promptly report any repair or maintenance needs (broken fixtures, lights, plumbing, etc.).

3. Sports Equipment & Common Areas

   • Wipe and maintain cleanliness of gym/sports equipment after use.

   • Keep storage rooms, reception, cafeteria, and waiting areas neat and organized.

   • Assist in setting up and cleaning before and after events, matches, or tournaments.

4. Supplies & Inventory

   • Keep track of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and restocking requirements.

   • Inform the supervisor/manager when stock needs replenishment.

5. Safety & Compliance

   • Follow health and safety standards while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

   • Ensure walkways and sports areas are free from hazards (spills, clutter, etc.) to prevent accidents.

6. Customer Service

   • Maintain a polite and professional attitude with members, guests, and staff.

   • Respond to housekeeping-related requests promptly.
