Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, cottages, and villas as per resort standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public areas, including lobbies, dining spaces, spa, and recreational areas.

• Change bed linens, replace used towels, restock bathroom amenities, and ensure overall room readiness.

• Report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

• Handle guest belongings with care and maintain privacy and confidentiality.

• Follow daily cleaning checklists and complete tasks within scheduled timelines.

• Ensure proper use and upkeep of cleaning tools, chemicals, and linen.

• Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and delivery to rooms when required.

• Support in setting up rooms for special occasions or VIP guests.

• Maintain personal hygiene and follow uniform & grooming standards.
