Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, workstations, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
Manage office housekeeping supplies and pantry inventory.
Monitor stock levels and inform the admin/HR when replenishment is required.
Visit banks, courier offices, government offices, or vendors for official work when required.
Handle inward and outward courier deliveries and maintain related records.
Arrange meeting rooms and ensure they are clean and ready before meetings.
Assist in moving office materials, documents, and equipment within the office.
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
Support administrative tasks assigned by the HR/Admin team.
Report any maintenance issues such as electrical, plumbing, or furniture damage.
Perform any other office support duties assigned by management from time to time.
