Cleaning & Hygiene
Perform daily cleaning of offices, workstations, corridors, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
Ensure cleanliness as per company hygiene and sanitation standards.
Waste Management
Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste in designated areas as per company policy.
Ensure proper handling of dry, wet, and hazardous waste (if applicable).
Pantry & Washroom Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of pantry, utensils, drinking water areas, and washrooms.
Refill consumables such as soap, tissues, hand wash, and cleaning supplies.
Use of Cleaning Equipment
Operate and maintain cleaning tools, machines, and materials safely.
Use chemicals responsibly as per instructions and safety guidelines.
Reporting & Coordination
Report maintenance issues, damages, or shortages of supplies to the supervisor.
Coordinate with administration or facility team for repairs and replacements.
Safety & Compliance
Follow safety procedures, wear protective gear (gloves, masks, uniforms).
Comply with workplace safety, hygiene standards, and company rules.
Confidentiality & Conduct
Maintain confidentiality of company information and employee belongings.
Display polite, respectful, and professional behavior at all times.
Attendance & Discipline
Follow assigned duty hours, shifts, and attendance policies.
Avoid absenteeism without prior approval or valid reason.
Stock & Inventory Support
Assist in maintaining stock of cleaning materials and consumables.
Inform the supervisor in advance for replenishment.
Special Cleaning Duties
Perform deep cleaning, pest-control coordination, or event-based cleaning as assigned.
Support emergency cleaning requirements when needed.
Additional Responsibilities
Carry out any other reasonable housekeeping duties assigned by management.
