Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Location: Factory / Office Premises
Reporting To: Admin / Supervisor

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the workplace to ensure a safe, neat, and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain factory/office premises including floors, restrooms, work areas, corridors, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas regularly

• Collect and dispose of waste as per company guidelines

• Refill toiletries, drinking water, and pantry supplies when required

• Maintain cleanliness of furniture, windows, doors, and equipment

• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards strictly

• Use cleaning materials and equipment properly and safely

• Report any damages, repairs, or safety issues to the supervisor

• Support during events, audits, or inspections if required

• Follow company rules, attendance, and discipline policies

Key Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and materials

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Physically fit to perform cleaning duties

• Honest, punctual, and disciplined

• Willingness to work in shifts if required

Education & Experience

• Minimum: Basic schooling

• Experience in housekeeping preferred (freshers can be considered)

Working Conditions

• Factory / Office environment

• Standing, bending, and lifting involved

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with Freshers.
