Key Responsibilities
I) Housekeeping Duties
Perform daily cleaning of all rooms, common areas, and washrooms.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
Change bed linens regularly and operate washing machine to clean laundry.
Monitor housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance needs promptly.
II) Guest House Management
Oversee daily operations of the Yes Room to ensure cleanliness, order, and functioning of equipment per the provided checklist.
Welcome and assist clients, maintaining a professional and comfortable environment.
Manage and track guest bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and room readiness.
Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and reorder items as required.
Supervise facility hygiene and maintenance standards consistently.
Handle client feedback and complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction and trust.
III) Security & Log Management
Take full responsibility for the security of the Yes Room premises, including ensuring doors and windows are locked, and all electrical appliances are turned off after use.
Ensure CCTV and surveillance equipment remain active and are not tampered with. Report malfunctions immediately through phone and written communication.
Maintain a logbook documenting all entries and exits of clients and staff.
Restrict unauthorized entry – family, friends, or guests are not permitted without prior written approval from management.
Enforce prohibited item policy for all clients and staff:
No alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants
No weapons or sharp objects
No unlawful material or behavior
Regularly monitor the premises for any security threats or suspicious activity.
Understand and accept that no overtime compensation will be provided for duties beyond standard working hours.
IV) Client Relationship Management
Maintain a cordial and professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
Understand client needs and deliver service with respect and empathy.
Strictly avoid any verbal or physical misconduct or conflict with any guest or employee of KVAR International Pvt. Ltd.
