House Keeping Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Perform daily cleaning of the office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and common areas.

• Dust furniture, shelves, office equipment, and fixtures regularly.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and refill necessary supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.).

• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.

Kitchen & Pantry Support:

• Prepare and serve tea/coffee to staff and guests as needed.

• Clean pantry area, kitchen counters, and utensils.

• Ensure availability of kitchen items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and drinking water.

• Monitor pantry stock and inform admin or purchase team about replenishment needs.

Errands & Supplies:

• Purchase daily kitchen or pantry goods from the market as required.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of food preparation and storage areas.
