Ensures customers experience a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment at all times.Key Responsibilities🧼 Hygiene & CleanlinessMaintain daily cleanliness of reception, service areas, shampoo stations, styling chairs, mirrors, and washrooms.Sanitize salon tools, chairs, trays, and workstations after every service.Ensure floor mopping, dusting, and waste disposal is done timely without spillage.Follow proper waste segregation and disposal guidelines.Monitor cleanliness checklist and report any hygiene gaps immediately.☕ Hospitality SupportOffer water, tea, or coffee to customers promptly after seating.Ensure hospitality trays and pantry area remain clean and stocked.Support stylists and beauticians with towels, capes, and preparation.🧴 Stock & Equipment CareEnsure towels are washed, dried, and arranged properly.Refill consumables (tissues, handwash, disinfectant, etc.).Handle salon furniture, machines, and tools carefully.Report damages or shortages to manager immediately.🕒 Discipline & ConductFollow shift timings, break rules, and uniform policy strictly.Maintain personal grooming standards (clean uniform, neat hair, trimmed nails).Follow salon core values: Hygiene, Hospitality, Service, Trust.Required SkillsAttention to detail and cleanliness.Polite, helpful, and customer-friendly attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.Performance Indicators (KPIs)Zero hygiene complaints from customers.Timely cleaning after every service.Proper waste management and no product wastage.Positive feedback on hospitality and helpfulness
