Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role based at Souffle Gourmet Cafe in Vasai. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, kitchen support spaces, restrooms, and common areas. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, surface sanitization, waste disposal, and ensuring supplies such as tissues, soaps, and cleaning materials are stocked. The role also involves handling basic laundry duties for linens and staff items, organizing cleaning equipment, and reporting maintenance or safety issues. The Housekeeper may interact with guests in a polite, helpful manner and coordinate with the cafe team to support smooth, safe operations.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks efficiently, including floor care, surface cleaning, and general maintenance.

• Skills in Laundry and basic linen care, ensuring items are cleaned, dried, and stored properly.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact courteously with guests and team members.

• Good Organization Skills to manage cleaning schedules, supplies, and prioritize tasks.

• Willingness to participate in Training and follow hygiene, safety, and food-handling guidelines.

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cafe/restaurant settings is beneficial.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible shifts including weekends or holidays as needed.

• Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation practices, and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
