Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas as per hotel standards.
Make beds, change linen, replenish guest amenities, and maintain room presentation.
Carry out dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitization, and other cleaning activities.
Ensure all housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials are used safely and correctly.
Report maintenance issues, damages, lost & found items, and unusual observations to the supervisor.
Follow hotel SOPs related to cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and guest privacy.
Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and provide assistance when required.
Maintain adequate supplies of linen, toiletries, and cleaning materials in the assigned area.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams regarding room status and guest requirements.
Handle guest belongings and property with care and maintain confidentiality.
Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
Maintain personal grooming and professional hygiene standards.
Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings as required.
Perform any other housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
