Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and hotel areas. Ensures all rooms meet hotel standards and provides a comfortable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

• Change linens, make beds, dust surfaces, and vacuum floors.

• Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and supplies.

• Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the supervisor.

• Follow safety and cleaning protocols as per hotel standards.

• Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment properly.

• Assist guests politely and respond to basic requests.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of cleaning practices.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move throughout shifts.

• Attention to detail and time management.
