Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, organize, and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.

• Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and replenished with amenities.

• Replace linens, towels, and other guest supplies as per hotel standards.

• Handle guest laundry and ironing services when required.

• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards of the hotel.

• Assist guests politely with any housekeeping-related queries or requests.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper usage of chemicals and supplies.

• Support the housekeeping team in maintaining a clean and welcoming hotel atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (Hotel Management Diploma preferred).

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
