Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Facility Manager

Role Purpose

To ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the mall/cinema premises, creating a safe and pleasant environment for visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

• Maintain restrooms, food court, cinema halls, and common areas.

• Replenish supplies (tissues, handwash, sanitizers, etc.) in restrooms and public areas.

• Handle waste disposal and ensure proper garbage segregation.

• Manage linen, uniforms, and laundry (if applicable).

• Report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Support smooth operations during peak hours, events, and festivals.

• Follow housekeeping SOPs and safety guidelines strictly.
