Job Title: Housekeeping Executive / Housekeeping Staff

Role Summary

The Housekeeping Executive will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of common areas, offices, washrooms, corridors, parking areas, and other designated spaces at Gopalan Fortune City, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of common areas, lobbies, washrooms, offices, and parking areas
Perform daily cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment
Follow housekeeping SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
Support event cleaning, deep cleaning, and special cleaning tasks as required
Coordinate with supervisors and facility teams
Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness audits

Candidate Profile

Experience in commercial buildings, townships, malls, offices, or residential projects
Knowledge of housekeeping tools, chemicals, and cleaning procedures
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
