Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to join our team at Global Edifice. The role involves ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of residential/commercial properties while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.

• Maintain restrooms, common areas, and workspaces in a clean and hygienic condition.

• Ensure disposal of waste and proper segregation of garbage.

• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.

• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, sanitizers, and cleaning materials as required.

• Report maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, etc.) to the concerned department.

• Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Support in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment on time.

• Deliver prompt and professional service to residents/clients as per company standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.

• Prior experience in housekeeping, facility management, or cleaning services preferred.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good time management and attention to detail.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
