We are looking for a dependable and well-mannered office support staff member to manage a mix of pantry and housekeeping tasks within our office premises. The role focuses on surface-level upkeep, basic service during meetings, and general support across the office. This position does not involve restroom cleaning.
Dusting and cleaning of workstations, reception area, meeting rooms, and pantry surfaces
Serving tea/coffee/water to staff and guests as needed
Keeping the pantry organized and stocked (cups, supplies, etc.)
Clearing dry waste bins from cabins and common areas
Preparing meeting rooms (placing water bottles, basic cleanup pre/post meeting)
Reporting any low supplies or maintenance concerns to Admin team
Female candidate preferred due to guest-facing and internal zoning requirements
Prior experience in housekeeping or pantry roles preferred
Neat appearance, punctual, respectful, and responsible
Should be physically fit and able to manage routine office cleaning and support duties
Comfortable working in a team environment
