Job Title: Housekeeping Staff Department: Operations / Maintenance Reports To: Outlet Manager Responsibilities: Cleaning and sanitization: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors, as well as sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Waste removal: Collect and dispose of trash and other waste in a safe and hygienic manner. Supply management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, linens, and other consumables for different areas, including restrooms and kitchens. Maintenance and safety: Observe all health and safety regulations, protect equipment, and report any damage, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to management. Area upkeep: Ensure all areas, from dining rooms and kitchens to common spaces and restrooms, are clean, tidy, and presentable. Pest control: Take steps to keep premises pest-free to prevent physical and chemical contamination of food. Key skills Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation.
