Role Overview
The Housekeeping Executive is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the office premises or center. The role ensures that the workplace remains clean, organized, and safe for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean and maintain office floors, workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Ensure washrooms, pantry, and reception areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
Dust and sanitize furniture, equipment, and office surfaces regularly.
2. Waste Management
Collect and dispose of garbage and waste materials in a proper manner.
Ensure waste bins are emptied and cleaned regularly.
3. Pantry & Utility Support
Maintain cleanliness of pantry area and kitchen equipment.
Assist in basic pantry work such as arranging tea/coffee supplies if required.
4. Inventory Management
Monitor and report the requirement of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and housekeeping materials.
Ensure availability of items like tissue papers, hand wash, floor cleaners, etc.
5. Safety & Hygiene
Follow hygiene and safety standards while performing duties.
Report any maintenance issues such as leakage, broken fixtures, or electrical problems.
