Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all restaurant areas including dining space, restrooms, kitchen support areas, and staff rooms.

• Sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces regularly.

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

• Refill toiletries and cleaning supplies as needed.

• Clean tables, chairs, windows, and doors as per the cleaning schedule.

• Assist with basic setup before opening hours and closing duties after service.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the manager.

• Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

• Support the team in maintaining a tidy and organized environment.
