Household Management

Manage inventory of household supplies and restock as needed.
Oversee laundry, linen care, and basic housekeeping tasks when required or in coordination with cleaning staff.
Prepare the villa for owner/guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a high standard of presentation.

Security & Safety

Monitor the property for security concerns and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Manage keys, access codes, and alarm systems.
Report any suspicious activity or potential risks.

Guest & Owner Support

Welcome guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and provide basic orientation of the property.
Address guest requests professionally and promptly.
Coordinate transportation, deliveries, and additional guest services when required.
