House Keeping Staff

To perform a variety of manual tasks to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.  To maintain a high standard of customer care.  To maintain standards of heath and safety and food hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleans, mops, sweeps and dusts kitchen facilities.

2. Requisitions supplies from stockroom; receives stores and distributes supplies.

3. Cleans, washes and polishes equipment.

4. Stacks and arranges chairs and does   other miscellaneous jobs.

5. Cleans/Removes dishes from dish machine and stores them.

6. Occasionally decorates for special events.

7. Launders rags and aprons as needed.

8. Makes deliveries and pick-ups for catering functions.
