Job Title: Housekeeping Staff
Department: Housekeeping
Reporting To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Manager
To ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of rooms, common areas, and facilities, maintaining a safe and pleasant environment at all times.
Clean rooms, washrooms, corridors, offices, and common areas as assigned
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
Change bed linens, towels, and restock toiletries (where applicable)
Collect and dispose of waste following hygiene standards
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards immediately
Handle lost and found items as per company policy
Maintain cleaning tools and ensure proper storage
Follow company SOPs, safety rules, and hygiene standards
Assist with deep cleaning and special tasks when required
Basic education preferred
Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience is an advantage
Knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment preferred
Attention to detail
Time management
