House Keeping Staff

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment. This role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing spaces according to company or industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

• Change linens, make beds, and restock toiletries in rooms.

2. Hygiene & Sanitation:

• Dispose of trash and waste properly.

• Follow safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean environment.

• Use and store cleaning supplies appropriately.

3. Inventory & Supplies Management:

• Monitor and report low stock of cleaning supplies.

• Refill and replace toiletries, towels, and other essential items.

4. Equipment Handling & Safety:

• Operate cleaning machines like vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.

• Ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning agents.

• Report maintenance issues and damages to supervisors.

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.

• Attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

• Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not required).

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
