The trainees will be semi-literate and may lack prior exposure to structured service environments, hygiene standards, communication etiquette, and presentation. The role requires developing training content from the ground up and delivering hands-on, easy-to-understand sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training modules covering:

• Cleaning methods for different home areas and surfaces

• Attendant services such as guest support, elderly assistance, and errand handling

• Hygiene and personal grooming

• Aesthetic upkeep and visual presentation of living spaces

• Basic communication and behavioral etiquette with residents

• Deliver interactive, practical training sessions

• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback

• Create simple assessments and checklists for evaluation

• Support post-training deployment with on-the-job coaching

• Align training outcomes with service expectations on the ground

• 3+ years of relevant experience in premium hotels or luxury service environments
