Position: Full-Time Housekeeping & Cooking Staff

Work Schedule: 7 Days a Week

Location: Chhatarpur, New Delhi - 110068

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Duties

• Perform daily cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing of rooms, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.

• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish household/guest supplies as required.

• Handle laundry (washing, ironing, folding) and maintain garments/linens properly.

• Safely operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.

• Follow assigned cleaning schedules and supervisor’s instructions.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and courteous behavior.

Cooking Duties

• Plan and prepare meals for the household or guests as per the daily schedule or requirements.

• Cook a variety of dishes (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with attention to dietary preferences or restrictions.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking areas.

• Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to safety and health regulations.

• Manage inventory of kitchen supplies, groceries, and ingredients.

• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces after meal preparation.

• Monitor food storage conditions to avoid spoilage and waste.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping and cooking preferred.

• Ability to work full-time, 7 days a week.

• Knowledge of cleaning products, safety practices, and cooking techniques.

• Physically fit, with the ability to handle repetitive cleaning tasks and long hours in the kitchen.

• Attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to follow specific instructions.
