The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment across the school premises, including classrooms, corridors, washrooms, offices, and common areas.
Clean classrooms, staff rooms, laboratories, library, corridors, and other assigned areas daily
Ensure washrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and well-stocked with required supplies
Sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect floors, furniture, doors, windows, and fixtures
Collect and dispose of waste properly as per school guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of playgrounds, assembly areas, and school entrances
Refill cleaning materials and inform the supervisor of low stock or damage
Follow hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards at all times
Support special cleaning requirements during events, exams, or emergencies
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the concerned authority
