होटल हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ मेहमान कक्षों और सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रों को साफ-सुथरा रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार होते हैं।

मुख्य दैनिक जिम्मेदारियाँ

बेडशीट बदलना, बिस्तर सजाना, तौलिए और सौंदर्य प्रसाधन जैसी चीजें भरना।
बाथरूम साफ करना—टाइलें स्क्रब करना, उपकरण सैनिटाइज करना, आईना चमकाना; फर्श झाड़ू लगाना या पोछा लगाना।
सतहों पर धूल झाड़ना, कचरा खाली करना, गलियारों और लॉबी जैसे सामान्य क्षेत्र व्यवस्थित रखना।

अतिथि सेवा कार्य

अतिथियों के कॉल पर अतिरिक्त सामान, टर्न-डाउन सर्विस या लॉन्ड्री के लिए तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया देना।
रखरखाव की समस्याओं, खोई वस्तुओं या खतरों को सुपरवाइजर को रिपोर्ट करना।
हाउसकीपिंग कार्ट को सामान से भरना और इन्वेंटरी लॉग बनाए रखना।
