Core Responsibilities
General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas, including floors, furniture, carpets, and windows.
Sanitation: Scrub and disinfect showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks in bathrooms and kitchens.
Linen & Bedding: Make beds, change sheets, wash linens, and ensure closets are fully stocked.
Waste Disposal: Collect trash and recyclables, ensuring they are properly disposed of in designated areas.
Restocking: Replenish consumable items (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, etc.) daily.
Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report any damages, leaks, or required maintenance to management.
Guest/Client Service: Respond to requests for extra towels, supplies, or assistance in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
