Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and equipment.
Operate dishwashing.
Ensure proper segregation of clean and dirty utensils.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors throughout the shift.
Clean cooking ranges, exhaust filters, sinks, shelves, and workstations.
Remove food waste regularly
Clean restaurant before opening.
Mop and polish floors.
Dust furniture and fixtures.
Clean entrance glass.
Maintain waiting area.
Clean staircases and corridors.
