We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our non-vegetarian kitchen. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in an environment where meat are handled and must follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and floors regularly.
Wash and properly store dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
Remove kitchen waste, including meat and seafood scraps, in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Deep clean meat preparation areas, cutting boards, grinders, and other tools.
Ensure that cold storage (freezers/refrigerators) and meat storage areas are clean and organized.
Assist in the disposal of expired or spoiled non-vegetarian items safely.
Refill cleaning supplies, soap dispensers, sanitizers, and paper towels.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and infection control policies strictly.
Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, pest sightings, equipment damage) immediately.
Adhere to personal hygiene standards, including wearing gloves, masks, and aprons.
