Job Opening: Resort Operations Executive / All-Rounder

Rana Farms & Resort, Thangaon, Dehradun is looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and responsible team member who can handle multiple responsibilities and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the resort.

Job Location: Thangaon, Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily resort operations
Guest check-in and check-out assistance
Customer service and guest satisfaction
Staff coordination and supervision
Handling bookings and inquiries
Monitoring housekeeping and cleanliness
Supporting food & beverage operations when required
Managing events, parties, and group bookings
Ensuring proper maintenance of resort facilities
Performing any operational tasks required for smooth functioning of the resort

Candidate Requirements:

Positive and professional attitude
Active, energetic, and responsible personality
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of hospitality, resort, hotel, or customer service operations preferred
Willingness to learn and perform different responsibilities as required
