Female Hostel Warden – Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and disciplined and willing to stay in hostel and manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure the safety, security, and wellbeing of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise residents and maintain hostel discipline.
Monitor attendance, entry/exit, and curfew.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain hostel records and incident reports.
Coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
Handle emergencies and communicate with management/parents when required.
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, approachable, and able to handle emergencies.
Live-in experience preferred.
