Gardener (Mali)

We are looking for a Gardener (Mali) to join our team at Gamlaa Bioscapes Private Limited to maintain plants and greenery in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, watering, maintaining gardens, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,500 - ₹17,000.

Gardening Responsibilities – Gamlaa

·        Water plants, lawns, and garden areas regularly as instructed

·        Remove weeds, dry leaves, and maintain cleanliness of all landscape areas

·        Trim plants, shrubs, and grass to keep the garden neat and healthy

·        Apply fertilizers, manure, and basic pest control materials when required

·        Operate and maintain gardening tools, pipes, and watering systems properly

·        Report damaged plants, irrigation issues, or pest problems to the supervisor immediately

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
