Gardener

We are looking for a HK cum Gardener to join our team Rudra Ventures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office and maintain the gardens. Hardworking and enthusiastic aspiring Gardener with a deep passion for plant life and sustainable landscaping. Equipped with a strong foundational knowledge of basic botany, soil preparation, and lawn maintenance. Eager to bring a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a quick-to-learn mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Skills: Soil preparation, irrigation, pruning, pest and disease management, seasonal planting, composting, and turf maintenance.

• Soft Skills: Time management, physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent client communication

• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools effectively.

• Report plants issues, maintenance issues, and regularly share pictures of the plants

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10 th and Experience Range 1-2 years. Gardeners are characteristically patient, observant, and hardworking individuals who view nature as a collaborative partner. They combine a nurturing instinct with practical problem-solving skills to cultivate plant life, continually learning from both their successes and failures
