JOB DESCRIPTION: LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR (Multi-Unit Operations)

Experience: 5+ years in landscaping or agricultural management

POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking a B.Sc. Agriculture graduate to oversee landscaping operations across 2–3 organizational units. This role combines scientific plant management with team leadership to ensure all green spaces are healthy, sustainable, and aesthetically premium.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Unit Oversight: Manage and coordinate all daily landscaping activities across multiple locations for consistent quality.

Scientific Plant Care: Use your agricultural expertise to manage soil health, irrigation, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM).

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule field crews to ensure efficient task completion and safety.

Resource Management: Monitor budgets and procure high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and equipment for all units.

Quality Control: Conduct regular site audits to maintain superior aesthetic standards and ensure healthy plant growth.
