Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Horticulture professional responsible for maintaining and developing gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas. The candidate will supervise horticulture staff and ensure proper maintenance of green areas as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily horticulture and landscaping activities.

• Maintain lawns, gardens, plants, trees, shrubs, and flower beds.

• Plan and monitor watering, pruning, trimming, weeding, and fertilization.

• Identify plant diseases, pests, and other plant-related issues and take corrective action.

• Supervise gardeners and other horticulture workers.

• Maintain proper records of manpower, materials, fertilizers, pesticides, and equipment.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and machinery.

• Plan seasonal plantation and replacement of damaged plants.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper appearance of all landscaped areas.

• Coordinate with the Facility Management team and client representatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Eligibility

• Diploma/Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Floriculture, or related field preferred.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in horticulture/landscaping.

• Good knowledge of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, irrigation, and gardening techniques.

• Ability to manage and supervise a team.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
