Field Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage housekeeping, cleaning, pantry, facility management, and other site staff as assigned.

• Ensure adequate manpower deployment at the site as per the approved manpower plan.

• Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, grooming, uniform, ID cards, and discipline of employees.

• Allocate duties and shifts to employees and ensure proper work distribution.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality and adherence to SOPs.

• Coordinate with clients regarding day-to-day operational requirements, complaints, and service-related issues.

• Resolve routine employee and site-level issues and escalate critical matters to the Operations Manager.

• Ensure proper usage, handling, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, chemicals, and other materials.

• Monitor material consumption and inform the concerned department regarding stock requirements.

• Ensure employees follow safety procedures, company policies, and client-specific guidelines.

• Conduct toolbox talks, briefing sessions, and on-the-job training for site employees whenever required.

• Maintain daily site records, attendance sheets, checklists, inspection reports, and other operational documents.

• Monitor absenteeism and arrange replacement manpower whenever required.

• Ensure timely reporting of employee joining, resignation, absence, misconduct, or other workforce-related matters to HR/Operations.

• Coordinate with HR for employee documentation, uniforms, ID cards, statutory requirements, and employee-related concerns.

• Maintain good professional relations with the client and ensure timely resolution of service complaints.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and client requirements.

• Conduct surprise inspections and submit regular site reports to the reporting manager.

• Support the Operations team during new site mobilization and manpower deployment.

• Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by the management.

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
