Job Description

We are looking for a FIELD OPERATIONS OFFICER to join our team at OM ENTERPRISES .The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹28,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Deployment & Deployment: Coordinate shift schedules, arrange daily manpower, and ensure full worker attendance across assigned hospital sites.

On-Site Training & Briefing: Conduct daily shift briefings (tooltalks) and train workers on hospital sanitation protocols, chemical safety, waste management, and personal hygiene.

Hospital Site Visits & Audits: Perform regular field visits to inspect cleanliness quality, compliance with hospital hygiene standards, and proper dress codes.

Problem Resolution & Point of Contact: Serve as the immediate operational contact for hospital ward managers and administrators to resolve daily service issues quickly.

Attendance & Inventory Tracking: Maintain logs of staff attendance, shift turnouts, cleaning chemical stock usage, and equipment maintenance at each site.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 1–3 years in housekeeping operations or facility management supervision (preferably in healthcare settings).

Leadership & Handling: Ability to manage and guide teams of front-line blue-collar workers smoothly.

Mobility: Valid driving license and two-wheeler for frequent travel between hospital sites.
