Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Field Officer to manage field operations, visit client locations, coordinate with customers, and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic reporting knowledge, and the ability to travel locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client/customer locations as per company requirements

• Handle field operations and daily site activities

• Maintain records and submit daily field reports

• Coordinate with office staff and clients for smooth workflow

• Verify documents, collect information, and update data

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

• Resolve customer issues and provide support when required

• Follow company policies and reporting procedures

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

• Ability to work in the field and travel locally

• Good problem-solving and coordination skills

• Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude

Qualification

• Graduate or Undergraduate

• Any stream can apply

Preferred Candidate

• Candidate should own a bike/scooter (if required)

• Must have a valid driving license

• Prior field work experience will be preferred

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
