Job Summary

Navjyoti Global Solutions Private Ltd. is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and compassionate Female Warden to oversee the daily operations, safety, welfare, and discipline of residents in the hostel/residential facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a secure, hygienic, and supportive living environment while maintaining records, enforcing facility rules, coordinating with management, and addressing resident concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel/residential facility.

• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents.

• Maintain discipline and adherence to hostel rules and regulations.

• Monitor resident attendance, movement, and occupancy records.

• Handle resident grievances and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities.

• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff activities.

• Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with security protocols.

• Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with management when required.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of the premises.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Organize awareness sessions and resident engagement activities.

• Monitor utility usage and report maintenance requirements.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety guidelines.

• Support management during audits, inspections, and special events.

Working Hours :

12 Hours Daily.

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
