Responsibilities:
Wash and clean all dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and cookware.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing area.
Ensure proper storage of cleaned utensils and crockery.
Dispose of garbage and kitchen waste as per hygiene standards.
Assist the kitchen team in maintaining a clean working environment.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Support kitchen operations during busy hours when required.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
