Housekeeping Dish Washer

Job Responsibilities

• Wash and clean all utensils, crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and other restaurant items.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utility area, back area, and assigned restaurant spaces.

• Ensure proper segregation, cleaning, drying, and storage of utensils and equipment.

• Support the kitchen team with basic utility-related tasks as required.

• Dispose of garbage and maintain proper waste-management practices.

• Keep floors, work areas, sinks, and other assigned areas clean and hygienic.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

• Ensure cleaning materials and supplies are used properly and maintained.

• Assist with general housekeeping and other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or commercial kitchen will be preferred.

• Freshers can also be considered.

• Good understanding of basic hygiene and cleanliness practices.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
