Dish Washer

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Sanitation: Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment; sanitizing surfaces; mopping floors.

• Waste Management: Proper segregation, disposal, and managing trash areas.

• Inventory & Supplies: Monitoring cleaning chemicals, dishware, and kitchen supplies; requisitioning stock.

• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all equipment is clean, functional, and reporting needed repairs.

• Team Supervision (for Supervisors/Managers): Assigning duties, scheduling staff, training on procedures, and enforcing hygiene protocols.

• Support: Assisting culinary and service teams with clean equipment and supplies. 

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours, lift heavy items, and work in hot/humid conditions.

• Teamwork & Communication: Working effectively with diverse teams.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Hindi Language.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

सफाई एवं स्वच्छता: बर्तन, चम्मच, प्लेट, पतीले, कड़ाही और रसोई उपकरणों को धोना; सतहों को सैनिटाइज़ करना; फर्श की पोंछाई करना।

कचरा प्रबंधन: कचरे का सही तरीके से पृथक्करण, निपटान तथा कचरा क्षेत्रों का प्रबंधन।

इन्वेंट्री एवं आपूर्ति: सफाई रसायनों, बर्तनों और रसोई सामग्री की निगरानी करना; आवश्यक स्टॉक की मांग/आदेश देना।

उपकरण रखरखाव: सभी उपकरणों को साफ और कार्यशील स्थिति में सुनिश्चित करना तथा आवश्यक मरम्मत की सूचना देना।

टीम पर्यवेक्षण (पर्यवेक्षक/प्रबंधकों के लिए): कार्य आवंटन करना, स्टाफ की शेड्यूलिंग करना, प्रक्रियाओं पर प्रशिक्षण देना और स्वच्छता प्रोटोकॉल लागू करना।

सहयोग: स्वच्छ उपकरण और आपूर्ति उपलब्ध कराकर रसोई एवं सेवा टीमों की सहायता करना।

आवश्यक कौशल एवं गुण:

शारीरिक क्षमता: लंबे समय तक खड़े रहने, भारी वस्तुएँ उठाने तथा गर्म/आर्द्र वातावरण में काम करने की क्षमता।

टीमवर्क एवं संचार: विभिन्न टीमों के साथ प्रभावी ढंग से कार्य करने की क्षमता।

विवरणों पर ध्यान: उच्च स्तर की सफाई और स्वच्छता मानकों को सुनिश्चित करना।
