Key Responsibilities

Handle recovery of company assets (EVs, batteries, accessories) from inactive or defaulted users

Follow up on pending dues/payments and ensure timely collections

Visit field locations to track and recover assets as per assigned cases

Maintain proper documentation and case records for all recovery activities

Coordinate with operations, legal, and support teams for escalations

Manage and resolve customer/rider escalations professionally

Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery processes

Update daily MIS reports and recovery status

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in field recovery / collections / operations

Experience in logistics, mobility, NBFC, or field roles preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with field work and travel

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / mobile apps for reporting

Ability to handle challenging situations and escalations
