Job Role:
As a Cleaning Professional with Urban Company, you will be responsible for providing deep cleaning and sanitization of customers’ kitchens, including appliances, cabinets, floors, walls, and countertops, ensuring a spotless and hygienic space.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning and degreasing of bathroom surfaces, appliances, and fixtures.
Use cleaning tools and eco-friendly products provided by Urban Company.
Follow standard operating procedures for safety, hygiene, and quality.
Provide a professional, courteous, and punctual service to customers.
Report completion status and any service-related issues to the team leader.
Requirements:
Prior experience in home cleaning preferred (training will be provided).
Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
